I recently had the pleasure of working with Dimitri and Alex for a garage door spring repair and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. He was clear about what I could expect in terms of cost. On the day of the repair, Dimitri called to let me know they would be at my house in 35 minutes. Both Dimitri and Alex arrived on time and got to work right away. We needed some maintenance and troubleshooting on our 5.5 year old Liftmaster 8500W door opener. I was impressed with what I read in the reviews so reached out to schedule a visit. Roy returned my call almost immediately. Dima was scheduled to come out the day after and did a great job assessing my issue, educating me as to possible causes (and the opener/door combo in general), and getting my door back into working order. I was so impressed, I had him perform maintenance on the other door and opener while there. I'll definitely call them again should I have any problems in the future. I have been using Triangle Garage Doors since 2022, whenever I had issues with my garage doors. Roy and his technicians kept patching up my doors, and when they said it was time to replace them, I trusted them and had them replace both doors. I was very happy with the installation. Of course, they warranty their work, and when one of the garage doors had an issue, Roy was quick to send out a technician. Dimitri diagnosed the problem in five seconds (a bolt that had come out), and fixed it in a flash. He made sure everything was working well before he left. I will certainly continue to call Triangle Garage Doors whenever I have issues in the future.

My Ryobi opener sadly died (I'm a Ryobi guy). Called Triangle Garage doors on Monday to install a replacement. Demetri came out on Wednesday afternoon and even called when he was on the way. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me my options with good details and wasn't pushy or tried to oversell. After I made my selection he got to work. He ran into an issue with my house wiring, but worked through it even though it took him longer than he expected. He cleaned up well from the job and took away all of the parts for the old opener. Lastly, he took the time to show me everything and explain how it all worked. Top marks for Demetri! 🙂

The belt on my garage door opener was frayed and the door wouldn't open. I called Triangle Garage Doors and Dimitri came out, replaced the belt and tuned the entire setup. He was great. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all worked. Everything has been working perfectly since. Highly recommended.

My experience was completely professional while maintaining a casual family feel. I was blown away with their response time and detailed visit. Dimitri was the technician that transformed our Garage door from a high tech mid 90's model to 2024. He was efficient, explained every option available to me, even the ones that i could do myself if i so chose to. He even cared enough to sweep the ENTIRE garage out not just his work area because he wanted to make sure my kids would not encounter any stray shards. He made this DIY'ers experience incredibly smooth and helpful and treated me more than fairly, would 1000% recommend this company to anyone.

Dimitri was amazing from his arrival phone call to his inspection of the garage door. He pointed out the broken spring and then measured to ensure the right size and gauge, which he did. He explained the price and options to me before any work began. He is a very smart man and explained that every spring has a spring constant, which tells you how much force the spring exerts per inch it stretches. He then examined the 12-year-old rollers and made a recommendation for replacement. My garage is twelve years old, and the door never operated this smoothly, even when it was brand new. Dimitri is a very capable, friendly, and smart man. He spent extra time adjusting the rise and fall of the door to make it nearly perfectly smooth.

This company understands the stress and anxiety that comes with your garage door coming off track unexpectedly. I called Wednesday afternoon to have a broken torsion spring fixed and they came out first thing Thursday morning. Dimitri called ahead of time to let me know he was enroute. When he arrived, examined the situation, made recommendations, and provided a quote for what the repair would cost.Dimitri did a great job of explaining what he needed to do and got the work done in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors, garage door openers, etc. and demonstrated that in efficiently completing the work. I would definitely call him again for repairs or new installations.

Dimitri was fantastic and professional! Our garage door broke and he came out within the day we called. He explained how our system worked and what would be needed to replace it. We had custom shelving in our garage that made it more difficult than a regular install. Dimitri was able to work through this and complete the repair. Our garage door is even better than before! My experience with Triangle Garage Doors was awesome! I called them on a Friday and they offered me several options for that same day to come out and review my problem.They showed up within the time frame they were supposed to and gave me a 30 minute heads up as they said they would.My technician, Damien, was very professional and provided me with all the options for repair. He didn't pressure me toward any one option vs the other, he just laid out the facts and let me pick what I wanted to do. This is the sort of communication I expect and very much appreciate. I didn't feel at all like he was trying to up sell me. He also didn't try to hide the parts vs labor costs which I have seen a lot of contractors do. I didn't do any price shopping on parts, but the labor was reasonable in my opinion.In terms of the work, Damien was fast and efficient, he had all the parts needed on his truck and took care of my issue the same day.Outside of price shopping parts costs, I can say with 100% certainty this is a great company and Damien was a great technician. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Dimitri did an excellent job!!! He came in promptly and texted me 15 mins to tell me he was on his way. His assessment of the problem on garage door was very thorough and explained the issue and options and solution to fix the problem. Also brought up that the garage door itself was getting older and suggested the in long term a new garage door would be needed. For now it is good, but longer term we might have to replace the garage door. I appreciate his recommendation. After, speaking with Mr. Roy on yesterday 11-14-2023 about my garage door not closing with the remote, I was scheduled today 11-15-2023 for service and had the pleasure of meeting Damian, the technician. My garage door didn't open all the way and backed in to it! Called and they came within 3 hours and fixed it. Damien was excellent!! We were thinking about new garage doors anyway so they gave me all options and didn't try to upsell us! That was greatly appreciated! Honest and good service...can't beat that!

I called Triangle Garage Doors LLC on the Columbus Holiday Weekend and spoke with Roy the owner! I explained that my garage door spring snapped and I couldn’t open the garage door! Roy treated my issue with a since of urgency and dispatched a technician on Columbus Day! I was very pleased with technician “Josh Robert’s” professional demeanor, can-do attitude and attention to details! I also know for a fact that I would have paid more if I went elsewhere! Their prices are very reasonable! I’m very pleased and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing work done!!! Great job!!!

Damian is the man!We had been living with a garage door that would sometimes close at the push of the button for several months. I had called another company who came out and misdiagnosed the problem as a circuit board on the opener unit…for $700! A new opener is less than $300.I called triangle garage doors. They were professional sounding on the phone. Timely with their appointment and Damian was amazing. He really knows his stuff. He did a tuneup and made some recommendations that I followed. The end result is that I now have a garage door that reliably closes and works smoothly.

This is the second time that we've used TGD and they didn't disappoint. The service and expertise was great. Our garages door wouldn't open all the way and my wife couldn't get her car out of the garage.We called and Damian came over the next day. He knew what the problem in an instant and showed me how the garage door just slammed shut when released.He asked when was the last time it had been serviced and I said it had been a while.He then went along and tighten all the spring bearings and then tightened all the bolts. Lubrication for the bearings was next and after that tested the door. It lifted up like new. He advised annual service and then like that was done. I was impressed with his knowledge and skills. I will definitely have them back for servicing . Thank you Damian and thank you Triangle Garage Door . They don't try to gouge your pockets but do great work.

Triangle garage doors was excellent! I just bought a new house, and within a month my garage door started acting up. They came out the same day! For a very modest charge, they adjusted the door. They also gave me a bunch of advise on what needed to be done in the future (including costs), so I could plan.I can't say enough great things about this company. My experience was excellent.

I just had an exceptional experience with Triangle Garage Doors. This is my third time using this service and while each experience has been great (and better each time), this last interaction just blew me away. The tech, Damian, is a wonderful representation of how great customer service, intelligence and attention to detail can leave a customer experience so inspiring that one would immediately need to write a review about the interaction. Damian explained the costs up front, gave me an accurate estimate of time to complete the task and finished it with 5 minutes to spare. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and executed it perfectly. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Triangle Garage Doors from the first call to the finished product. We had to get our 24 year old garage door replaced when the spring broke and really messed things up. They answered our call immediately, had quick service, great communication, and quality work you don't see often anymore. Damian, our "technician" was so knowledgeable, did excellent work, and was just an all around nice person who explained everything so well. Highly recommended! Wish all service companies were like this.

My garage door finally stopped moving due to a bad repair job by a prior owner. Wound up getting a full replacement of both doors, but was a very fast turn around of just maybe 2 days. I was very happy with the work, and the price was pretty competitive with what I was expecting from searching about it. Everyone who showed up was very good about masks and social distancing.
